Education & Knowledge
Education tools and client learning
All of the education tools from the Fintor website will be collected here, and you will be able to assign a client topics to complete before their next meeting. Completion is tracked on the client's record so you can see what they have worked through before you sit down with them.
Tools
Calculators and key resources
Standalone calculators and links to key information and resources. The calculators currently live in the old advice tool and will be ported here one at a time; this page will also hold quick links to the reference material the team uses day to day.

Record a meeting
Recording consent CS-H1
Read aloud before pressing record:
Before we start — this meeting is being recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record of what we discuss. Only the Fintor team working with you can access it, and it is kept on your file. Are you both happy to continue on that basis?
Capture
Audio is captured on this device and uploaded to Fintor's secure storage when you stop. Keep this tab open.
For a Teams transcript export or a typed transcript. One line per turn, as [Name] what they said or Name: what they said. TFNs and card numbers are redacted before anything is stored.
Testing: — creates the synthetic client if needed.
Dictated note CS-H2
The client declined recording. Dictate or type your note straight after the meeting; it is extracted the same way and the file note records that no recording was made.

File-note templates
File-note templates are written from a meeting transcript. Document templates are client-facing documents (SoA, RoA, roadmap, engagement letter…) built from confirmed facts, approved notes and the wording blocks. One active version per template; editing an active template creates a new draft version. Only global admins, compliance and RM can see or change templates.
